But nah, let’s have a 3rd Dwarf race but this time with christmas lights. Also they legit look the same as Dark Irons when wearing gear. I guess they’re slightly bigger, cool… not really.
You have this amazingly unique insectoid/arachnid race RIGHT THERE. Nerubians with 4 arms, deep culture since WC3, now evolved to fit the bipedal requirements for character animations. What are you waiting for Blizzard!

Remember BFA? They added more allied races as the game progressed.
I don’t wanna give you false hope but I do have to point out that they turned some nerubians humanoid. Maybe it’s nothing, but then again maybe you might just get your wish.
Nerubians aren’t even close to humanoid it’s not happening
Add earthen for the Alliance, and have Talanji recruit Nerubian for the Horde. THAT would be truly great, but it seems like blizzard is cheaping out…
Hm, at this point I’m wondering if anyone would even care if that new allied race got simply canceled… or how the expansion would’ve been welcomed simply without it.
I almost view the Earthen as a negative tbh, because no we got them in the horde… Was it rly that hard to make an allied race for the horde?
Yeah putting Dwarves in the Horde is certainly a… narrative decision. Whatever, I just hope we get Nerubians at some point. Allied races aged like a fine milk, half of them could be made as a customization option for OG races. So dumb, this endeavor. Just make new unique races (LIKE EVOLVED NERUBIANS)
If the 3rd dwarf race would have been full-fledged Wildhammer dwarves I would have been happy. But I have zero interest in playing a dwarf with stone skin. The only stone-skinned race I’d ever consider playing is a gargoyle type race (you know, like the ones we saw in Shadowlands).
Earthen as an allied race is an L. Any way you look at it.

To me it’s the one blemish on an otherwise good expansion reveal.
I would be happy if they canceled them and just don’t waste any more development time and resources on them. I’m sure the 3 people who would play an earthen would be able to deal with the disappointment. 
Same here - dwarf race that NOBODY asked for is a weird decision …
