Something came on my mind today. I was scrolling trough Twitter and remembered that they allow us to mute specific words so that we never see tweets that contain that words on the Timeline.
Bunch of people, including myself, are FED up with boosters spamming the trade & general chat + LFG premade groups with advertisements of their boosting communities.
I think Blizzard should really consider adding this kind of feature so that we can mute words like “Boost”, etc. and never see them flooding the chat again.
I’m sure advertisers wouldn’t like this and yes, I’ve downloaded BadBoy, but it’s not useful. What do you guys think?
Second of all, the moment you ignore someone, their battle.net account and any other battle.net account they had logged in on the same IP is also permanently blocked until you remove that person from your ignore list. This includes any further battle.net account they create.
If people are going out of their way to filter them out personally, what makes them think trying to by pass the filter would encourage them to purchase what they’re selling…?
I find it shocking that the /IGNORE function isn’t account wide…
Had some prepubescent brat last night saying lewd stuff about my mother on numerous characters… acts I know ain’t possible for someone who’s balls haven’t dropped yet.
In fact, half of the time if not all of it, you can’t even ignore people from other servers. Only way to do that is by reporting them. It’s a shame I have to bother blizzard with my reports but then again, if they’d fix ignoring they wouldn’t have that.
I dont care about the trade chat. I am never there. What i am getting pissed off about is seeing it in the M+ que over and over again. Sometimes in groups of three or four stacked on top of each other. Or one or two apart making it even harder to go through the list with any sort of speed.
With so many WTS in the que list it actually has a detrimental affect on your ability to scan the list efficiently.
I want a filter for this in the dungeon que. Right now i can filter by language. WoW!
You can use the BadBoy addon and then you will require one of it’s additional plugins (BadBoy CCleaner) to block specific words. This is available on the Twitch client/website
