Currently Tempest is quite annoying as it can ruin your Stormkeeper combo by randomly proccing in the middle of it. Without proper Weak Aura it’s also hard to track. What if Tempest replaced Stormkeeper for Stormbringer. Let’s say put it on 45 sec CD and make it grant Stormkeeper buff. It would be way more convenient and in fact more logic.
