iDeal payment method fails

When I want to buy gametime using iDeal payment method for the ING Bank (Netherlands) I get redirected to an outdated / expired webpage and will not be able to complete the transaction.
Please fix this.

They can’t discuss payments, failed or otherwise over the forums due to privacy policies, and GDPR. You will need to open a ticket.

Secondly, bugs, even website bugs are reported via the bug reporting tool, not the forums.

This is a customer support forum, my problem requires “customer support”, I am a customer afterall, so this is the correct forum in my eyes… plus I also made a ticket, I just posted this issue to see if theres more people having the same issue, which isn’t possible with tickets.

As Trovlak mentioned already, payment related problems are not something we can deal with over the Forums.

To be on the safe side I would like to ask you to consider attempting the purchase via a new browser - just to make sure that a possible cookies or cache issue is not in the way - but if you are still getting issues after your best option would be to contact our GMs via ticket, chat or phone callback.
