Couldn’t the game offer more possibilities for this item?
I can check exactly, but i’d say in average and since Wod, i have like 20k resources stored from each expansion.
So … Couldn’t Blizzard do something like this:
Players should be able to convert war resources into valor/conquest/honor, whatever currency you need (And remove the caps, please).
Players should be able to use war resources to pay in AH (enchants, gems, armor) (we cannot fight against human greed, nor bots, nor businesses that have Wow as their income source (farmers paid daily, RWF guilds, etc)
Players should be able to use war resources to craft gear.
Materials are already cripplingly low on the auction house, this would just make the issue worse, however would be sweet to spend resources on more stuff than we do now
Im also one of the 2 players who like the valor cap so noh
Some mats are indeed low, but enchants like sophyc devotion rank3, prepots … if we could pay part of the fee as war resource, then I think thats positive.
The vendor should always get 100% gold, is just an option when paying. For example sophyc is around 20k. Would be nice to pay it with 20k war resources and that you would get 20k gold.
I see good points in caps also don’t get me wrong, but I feel game pace is way faster than time ago, that is why I moved from no to yes
I don’t think it would be viable to use them in AH. What I guess would be possible is maybe during their respective timewalking weeks have an extra vendor which would offer old cosmetics, transmogs, pets, toys from that xpac for the now unusable currency of said xpac. Just not anything that would increase player power, so no current gear or enchants or gems, etc.
Yeah it may be only a one time wonder since once you consume the war resources then you will need lots of time to farm a reasonable amount of them to be able to buy something at current prices.
