What do you think?

Yeah once you have PvP Gear (honor/conquest), that gear SHOULD have exactly those BIS stats. Would feel strange if some low level “BiS stats” items are swapped in because best PvP Gear hasn’t them available
Well, Im lvling bunch of chars and there are items with like only one secondary stat with doubled numbers like full haste instead of using double stat. Certain specs like sub rogue brutally profit from mastery stacking. If you can get full such gear, it would be broken. It seems like a typical oversight, but the wording about the gear scaling kinda fits.
Any gear you’re looking at needs to be 312 or higher to scale, and it only goes to 472 ilvl, 4 lower than honor gear. So double statted timewalking gear could work, I’m not sure but I don’t think there are enough items from TW to make a big difference. Maybe though
I hope 312 is a threshold that makes sense: most people levelling (be it through questing, dungeons, or bgs) should have most items above that number by then. Else, it makes no sense when people go directly into BGs after leveling. An addendum to this solution would be: have a specific itemlevel overall (matching that 312 threshold), before you can queue for lvl 70 BGs.
That is something that should be taken care of by devs. The basic idea of itemlevel scaling is good, but the implementation must make sense. In WoD the implementation lacked sometimes: players could join PvP naked and had better stats in the end (idk exactly anymore, but was something like that)
Yes, thats how every company except blizzard does it. Blizzard will again release a half a** job done with tons of bugs and it will be a great shower thought and will take an expansion or two to be actually reasonably finished…Thats why nobody takes blizzard as a gaming company seriously.
