If i delete character with revered reputation, in this account, the fly achievement still works or other chars can’t fly anymore?
That’s a very good question, i think it shouldn’t have an effect to be honest, ot at least it would make sense to me if it didn’t, but i never tried and i wouldn’t risk it. If i remember correctly you can restore deleted characters trought the character selection screen, so you might want to try with a level 1 alt see if you can restore him and do the same with the character in question if you can. This is all i can do to help, cross your hand that a blue comes and gives you a more certain answer :D.
If you mean the Pathfinder achievement, Yes that will remain as it is granted to all characters on the account regardless of which character earned the achievement.

If you’ve gotten the Pathfinder 2 achievement, then you don’t need to have that character anymore. Even if you delete it, your account will still have flying unlocked for all of your characters, both current and future.

If you already have completed an achievement on your account it won’t get removed. They aren’t stored as character data, they are stored as account data. If you don’t have pathfinder achie yet I would suggest not to delete the character. You might lose the progress there.
