Loads of dragons all over the place!
Oh, when I start a new character I’m broke so let’s have a Kobold in the starting zone named money bags so people know he’s rich and he hands out free gold to all new players and a level one mount and more dragons and better loading screen tips like “don’t feel the trolls cuz that mean it hurt your feelings but it’s only they have sad lives themselves and try to bring others down but don’t let them do that to you cuz you’re stronger than that man you’re stronger than that”.
And zombies! Zombie dragons all right?
PVP: we will get rid of all Battlegrounds aside from old Altera Valley. And what about Arenas? Okay, we’ll have all the normal Arenas before the best arena players add in a super mega Death Arena with spikes everywhere and dragons and trap doors and paladins and… oh wait that make it unbalanced… and it’s in a forest with big trees for cover and fire everywhere with explosions!
PvE: First get rid of LFG and make it so you have to spend an hour looking for a group only to have people keep leaving it and going AFK and then have everyone walk to the instance because that’s what is was like in vanilla, the best, then, you’ll need a warlock cuz he’ll have to summon the group since you two are the only ones that walk to the instance, then make it so two bad fiveman sucking her for noobs let’s make wow intense again to get into raids you’ll have to do a 10,000 mob Dragon grinding Attunement quest to see who is leet enough to be qualified for the epic raid raids. Will have 100 people and if your computer can’t handle it, go play Pony Adventure Quest! There would be one dungeon located at Nagrand, the best wow zone ever, with all the strongest bosses and the first fight would be Illidan riding Deathwing and Hoger riding Gammon with fire Boulders of lava falling from the sky and constant poison that reduces healing by 95% unless you hit the gong that randomly kills half your raid, but gets rid of the debuff for 2 minutes in which zombie dragons will appear and raise the Lich King!

I’d send BG/M+ leavers(unless they were votekicked out) to the S1 version of the Maw for the duration of the debuff. No hs, no character unstuck,no safe haven, no protection from regional effects just pure suffering.
Oh and default duration would be 1 hour instead of 30 min, and the timer pauses if you log off.

I’d get to work on bringing back some class identity and re-introduce hybrid tax (compensated by support dmg or something).
Would also like to introduce a time spent resource for various things like vicious saddles etc. Say win 100/250 random bgs = one saddle.
Add more stuff to the store.
I like being able to buy upgrade materials & Gear in the F2P games i play, Would be nice to introduce those things to WoW, Since currently Valorstones is such a chore.
Some bundles of Valorstones & Crests would be nice
(+) Add those Heroic raid RnG boxes (That you sometimes get from the 5x Mythic dungeon weekly quest) to the store as well.
More buyable stuff for real money.
I would increase the amount of trader’s tenders you can earn each month.

i think in this case its actually a “you think you do, but you dont” situation.
I would make the game 100%-able in reasonable timeframe.

Would introduce a commendation system to reward good behavior. You can’t vote for your friends or guild mates, so it would only apply in pugs. If you get so many commendations, you get a title. In FF14, even I as a DPS would get commendations, so it didn’t always apply to the tank or healer.

Would bring back support staff and actually have them interact with the community.

Reduce Transmog costs and have Trial of Style be a recurring holiday like Darkmoon Faire. A handful of ensembles would be prizes every month.

Open up Demon Hunter to other races. Actually, just have all race/class combos work.
And my most zealous of changes:
One Warcraft - Allow people to play both sides of the story on one character if they so wish. People could queue together without faction separation. Allow cross faction talking because we’re headed towards peace of the factions anyway.
Fix the actual game, in ways that encourage more social interaction, rather then to avoid it like still happening today, World of Warcraft has changed a lot socially after classic.
Do not add own context to my post, its as simple as this toxicity is a problem in wow, and more bad things are happening, that cannot talk openly about but need to be addressed.

I remember years back when they announced Tauren Mage and I immediately knew it was an awful idea,
Tauren Mage is one the least played combos today.
