I’m considering changing factions and I want to know what would happen - do I need to create a new character? Would I have to start over? What about my items and the quests I did in my current faction?
Edit: Could you also give me a list of what I would and wouldn’t lose?
At level 20 you wouldn’t lose anything and it’s not worth the cost.
Despite the somewhat brusque reply, Dottie’s right. It costs a lot of money to faction change and it wouldn’t take long to level another Pandaren (assuming you’re talking about the level 20 you’re posting on.)

Alright, thanks @Dottie, @Ananda, and @Nenyasqi. I wasn’t fully aware that you could create multiple characters and I’m new to the game, so I’ll be sure to dedicate a night to levelling my pandaren to level 20 again.
Yes, up to 50 on one WoW account At the moment you’re limited to a certain number per realm (15?) but I think that’s going to change in a future patch.
