On the main menu of the forums you can choose which category you are interested in. If you go to either guild recruitment or realm categories it’s guild recruitment that you’re going to find.
Moreover, there’s a lot of people that use the forums to search for a guild. So I don’t think its fair to call it spam just because you don’t happen to be interested in it.
