If there’s one thing that So’leah’s Secret Technique has taught me, is that haste is by far the most popular secondary stat. There’s always multiple members in my pug groups that have haste. Sometimes even only members with haste. Next seems to be crit, versatility and last mastery. The latter is very rare. Bummer for me because I’m usually out for mastery.
Just an observation, that’s all.
I once saw a sheep with 80% haste, it was extraordinarily woolly.

Mastery does seem to be the hardest one to find

If you want mastery, you need to invite a ret pally.
If you see a demo lock playing with Implosive potential, chances are they have high mastery.
I always want vers when I’m healing, but can never find it without someone swapping gear to accommodate, I have several gear loadouts on my lock for different builds/specs so can always swap out to crit, vers, mastery or haste depending on whatever someone needs.
Yeah, our boomie has also mastery. And it looks like my current project the frost DK also runs mastery as main secondary.
Fury warriors, Ret pally, Frost Dk, Boomkin.
It shouldn’t be that hard to find those!

Nah we pray for haste. In s2 i had rng to gather a 60% mastery build btw
My fury is close to BiS and I currently am (according to my memory) at 18-40-49-6 (Crit-haste-mastery-vers).
My arms is 33-19-29-6, my haste is to low and mastery to high because of the tier set statts
I dunno how u pull 49 mastery im a bit from bis (ilvl) but i got 21 40 36 5 (with haste food + elegy no soleah counted) dunno maybe uf i put from crit to mastery and soleah for it 
I’ll equip my Fury set and check for you when I get home in a few hrs.
I think I am about 274 ilvl (cuz HC gavel) and got elegy counting towards mastery since that’s my highest statt.
I wish So’leah’s Secret Technique would teach me something. but nearing 40 tries and I have still not had it drop
