If you die in hardcore 20th, do you go to normal realms 20th? Was there a classic era?

According to the article: Hardcore characters can transfer to non-Hardcore Normal PvE Anniversary realms, so feel free to revive your un-alived characters on Normal PvE Anniversary realms after your transfer.

So if you die on the Anniversary Hardcore realm, you can transfer to the Anniversary Classic realm.
