The tanks in my guild (including me) having problems figuring this mechanic out. If anyone knows how this mechanic exactly works i would really appreciate if you share.

He puts down glaives, 2 adds pop up. Tanks in Fire resistance gear pick them up close to each other. Dont turn towards the raid. Start pulling the adds slowly around the inner circle when they do the aoe fire on the ground. Nuke one first than the other.

There are also many PTR clips of tanks doing t. Watch those.
They charge targets outside 40 yards range. Nothing more.
You need to tank them in parallel and keep your raid between them.
If you get one charge the knockback will probably launch you outside the range of the second and you will wipe to nonstop charging.
