Does it work for you guys? Tooltip still says its available, but I cant seem to make it work. I can stun, but double clicking doesnt let me toss it anywhere

yeah its not working for me either, i cant toss them, it just stuns them when i first use it

It’s probably a soft prune, intentional.
Report it alongside Detainment still not stopping the target from getting heals like Dispersion with the Intangability talent.

why would they soft prune and not say about it nor change tooltip. Now its just like a HoJ

If a core rogue or mage ability was this broken it would be hotfixed within a few days.

Well I found out this is intentional. Earlier this year there were complaints about this ability being exploited to somehow throw people out of bounds, so instead of fixing it Blizzard just decided to break it and leave it broken.
How do you even throw people out of bounds? There has to be a path available, afak it works like infernal strike code. You cant even throw people to pit in BG’s, like you could with some push ability
