Illustrious Insight [Recraft]

Hi,

I’m currently trying to recraft a weapon, but can’t seem to be able to add finishing reagents/Illustrious Insight.

Are there other ways than enchanting crafting tool that boosts my crafting skill level than enchant crafting tool?

You probably didnt unlock weapon spec enough to have Insight available.

All Weaponsmithing talents are maxed.

if you have Weaponsmith tree maxed, you should be able to add Insight for sure.
It is another thing if you are missing skill from Hammer control tree and/or crafters gear skill to reach some quality limit threshold.
