As a BM hunter should I even have arcane shot on the action bar?
Not really, Cobra shot is just a better version of it

as a Bm you use cobra forget arcane.

As the other hunters have said - Cobra shot. Never use Arcane.
There is a synergy between Cobra Shot and Kill Command that makes the flow of combat feel really fluid as a BM hunter. This is being reinforced by our set bonus this patch.
