I wish I was still 19 and playing World of Warcraft every night trying to get that server first Ulduar 25 man clear with no lights in the darkness…
But that’s sadly 20 years ago…

yes mostly on experience.
since im this games since the first days.
and im sure if you were old and experienced as me you could see that im right about it
Majority of the player base are people who’ve been playing for a very long time though. Unless you think people started playing WoW at the age of 2.
I think gamers in that age range mostly play Battle Royals/Survivalcrafty games, the main reason why plunderstorm is a thing, to appeal more to a younger generation.
Inverse the numbers and you would be right.
I think there should’ve been one more tier - 60+. I know several players in that age group. Too late now though with all the responses you’ve had as it’ll mess it up.
10% ages of 12-25
70% ages of 25-40
20% ages 40+
roughly if i were to guess ( including classic and retail )
Most people on this forums tend to be between 30 and 60
But that in no way speaks for the entire wow playerbase.
Which if the claim is true i seen the otherday is sitting around 7 million players.
So yes it could be 18-25 being the most prevalent they would not tend to use this forums.
Good assumption.
I also believe the forums tend to represent the more older players, as our generation is so used to having discussion boards/forums.
Younger generation is most likely going to be the discord ones.
And the kids are the YouTube/Streamer consumers.
