Lol but its fun to troll the trolls or shatter the delusions of the delusional. Besides. I like to see the forums as a fun and happy place for posters to laugh and have fun, not be spiteful and negative and try to drag everyone down with them.

In fairness, that is an indication that the WoW community is more mature and tolerant than the FF14 community if they allow that scabrous taint into their game.
I know plenty of people who play FF14, and yes, you most certainly -do- get these same unpleasant attitudes there. Those saying you do not, are essentially liars.
No, a few ‘people’ who are known for certain views held that view. You will not find these people magicked away in FF14, trust me.

Just run away you fool ! Once you try to explain some issues in here, you end up with more white hair. Seriously.
There is no ideal people in this world, so, trying to run away the problem is just a way to repeat same experience at different place.
As much as i like and support all this customization we’re getting i can’t help to feel that the actual void elf race is getting pushed away. In my world it would’ve been better to just add the high elf race as a neutral race and ´let them choose faction just like pandarens.
But i guess all the work that requires (lore, capital, startzone etc) is too much for a mid expansion.
And yes, i know high elves are thin in numbers but surely they’ve had some time to breed by now xD.
Anyway, don’t worry. They’re not gonna revert the changes coming to void elves and this forum is just what it usually is. Im still looking forward to make one of my toons a high elf BUT i have like 50 toons to decide on

Not a rant or something, but this thread proves that yelling and crying about things brings attention.
Do not let anyone push you away there is some good people on the forums and some awful trash just place them on ignore and forget they exist . You are one of the good people but a little break will do you good too from here .

Void elf race being pushed away? No they are not. The void elves, that would be Umbric and his followers are only 20. Crack elite squad was Ion’s words. and elite squad means a few elite individuals can do as an army could do. So the void elves can’t be called a race with only 20 people. Like there is no way Lor’themar would kick out 1000 upon 1000 of blood elves out of Quel’thalas, he is not that stupid. And if he did then Halduron Brightwing would lift an eyebrow and say “What the hell are you doing Lor’themar?? Im trying to protect Silvermoon and Quel’thalas and you just kick out thousands of troops out of Quel’thalas??”.
So Umbric and his followers are just 20 and they need the Alliance High Elves and Silvermoon Exiles that are leaving Silvermoon/Quel’thalas to even become a race. Not all Blood Elves agreed to join the Horde and just stayed in Silvermoon, Some wanted to go back to the Alliance, some just didn’t care of either faction or the war between the horde and alliance and just wanted to do as they always have done, study magic. Sometimes dangerous magic. And with Alleria’s (Their great war hero from Warcraft 2) return gave them the courage to leave Silvermoon/Quel’thalas and join Alleria and her void elves. But also some just wanted to study one of the most dangerous magic of them all and going to Telogrus rift they self exile themselves since Lor’themar has permanently banned the use and practice of void magic in Silvermoon/Quel’Thalas, so they can’t go home with this knowledge.
So until they find a way to recreate the incident that happend to Umbric and his followers but in a more safe way. The Alliance High Elves and Silvermoon Exiles needs to be trained the same way as Alleria did before she ate the void Naaru and yes Alleria did know how to use void magic long before she ate the void Naaru.
So until then The Void Elves and The Alliance High Elves and Silvermoon Exiles will work together to discover more about the void but it will take time. Same with that Void Elf Culture, Believes, Customs and Traditions are still the same as Blood Elves, has not changed much except they are all for the void now and have left power of the Sunwell and trying to move forward towards a new future but it will take a long time. Before they can develop their own Language, Traditions, Culture
Edit: And no Ameerah the new customization’s will not be removed.

Even though i don’t agree with most of what OP said, she got a point, a community that get pissed of and argues bitterly over other’s wanted customization deserve to be called out for it’s bull crap, it’s childish and petty.
The two biggest problems in WoW are it’s higher up developers and it’s community.
