No High Elf wants to be anything but part of Quel’Thalas.
The High Elves were never aligned to the current Alliance.
The High Elves - as a nomenclature died the day that Quel’thalas fell.
They had an alliance with the humans but that ran its course centuries ago.
You cannot be a High Elf if you are a Silvermoon ‘Exile’.
Quel’Thalas has stood, and will stand, long before and after the Human race and their mortal partners have died. Like these are home truths.
I’m not leaving. Some good people gave me good advice here and I’m just going to ignore the forums and enjoy my new customizations when they arrive.

But I’m not taking my words back about the community on the forums being childish. That is still true. If anything the replies on this thread telling me they will /spit on me for choosing the blonde hair is proof of that.
Tarring the entire community with a broad brushstroke because a few individuals made stupid comments isn’t a very good look at all.
I mean your post literally highlights how “you received good advice here” in the same post where you say the community on the forums is childish, so clearly you don’t actually believe that is true.

They call them attention seekers. Lil sis was mad cuz not everyone appreciates Barbie invading the void and making a separate race look like an already existing one. Then the attention came and now this individual is happy as a person can be.
Nope. I was being truthful when i said the forums act like children fighting over customization. and i called out both sides of the argument, not just one. which is why even High elf fans got angry at my post.
You dont see other games doing the same. just wow forum community
