Im currently playing a horde druid and want to swap to alliance for night elf (obvious reasons), and just wondering if itll remove me from the guild or as im already in one, keep me in it. I cant find any info anywhere. Im in a bnet community with the owner of the guild, so im wordering if itll keep me? any help or info would be appreciated, tyia!

Yap, it will. And it didn’t let me join for hours after. It’s been a drag really. I don’t get how they haven’t thought about the most important aspect of faction change when introducing cross faction guilds - the fact you’ll get kicked out of yours for changing factions. It’s just another of many rushed and incomplete features of the new patch
