i would like to know how can i get interesting mounts and mounts that can swim in the ocean?

You get all the information you need with Wowhead links for each mount.
There is a swimming mount that is fairly cheap on the AH:
Also, for Shadowlands mounts, this video explains you how to get the easy ones (it’s not updated for the later patches though).

If you wait for the Darkmoon Faire to come around (turns out it started today) you can spend 2-3 hours fishing and get the Darkwater Skate mount, which should handle all your water needs!
For other interesting mounts; the best ones are usually for achievements or clears of the current raid tier on heroic, but mount vendors do show up every expansion with a few basics for the new theme.

If i remember this is the mount you buy with the fish?
Top tip if you dont want to fish for several hours - wait for DMF to finish and in about 2 weeks you hit the sweet spot where the prices drop before it starts to ramp up again. Has been a while since i looked at them though.
To the OP welcome! mount collecting can be a long slog, to ensure you dont get bogged down too quick id use the website that Starney provided and find a mount with either a high drop chance or one behind a rep or something and start there. Alot of mounts are under 5% drop chances on once weekly doable runs so i dont want you getting trapped and disappointed behind that.
Here i am years later still hating life in ICC for example.
The thing about farming mounts is that a lot (most?) of them are drop chances - so you do a raid once a week, or a dungeon once a day, or kill a rare once a day to get your chance for the mount.
So, rather than choosing one mount to go after, you want to make a list of raids, dungeons, and rares that you will visit every day or every week until you get the drop.
Take into account the drop chance. A raid with a 1% drop chance each week will have you coming back for a long time. So what you want to do is get into a routine.
Some mounts will come from other sources, like Reputations
Cast your eyes down this list of mounts
and use the filters to select some Easy ones to start, and then make your list of Raids, Dungeons and Rares to farm.

How can you get cool mounts?
By pre-ordering the new expansion, that’s one and you can get the rest from the battle net shop.
One really easy mount to get is Bronze Drake.
Look a simple guide somewhere how to get it but basicly you need to go to “Caverns of Time: Stratholme” on Heroic Mode and before the last boss you kill one secret boss and drop rate is 100%

Last time I checked it was like 3k gold,
The sea horsey can only be used underwater so ppl only buy (or craft) it for collection purposes 
The Larion mount in the thumbnail has matching Hunter pets (e.g. Ariella in Bastion) and Larion Cub battle pet, so you can have a family of Larions!
Or, for extra fun, there is a Steward battle pet that will ride a matching Larion Cub when you are mounted. It’s super cute!

remember if you have a decent amount of gold you can buy the fish for the skate on the AH.
Did someone mention the expansion mounts and the shop (yeah, you can all boo me now).
There is also some seasonal events that have normal mounts.
Hey, Inkscale Deepseeker is the mount you are looking for. Activate Warmode and go to Nazjatar. Kill the rares (star icon on your minimap, waiting for you because the place is almost empty) and collect 150 Nazjatar Battle Commendations (you can collect 30 of them in less than 20 minutes). Buy it from the vendor.
The mount is one of the coolest underwater mount and acquiring is almost effortless right now.
There are some cool mounts from the Glory acheivments that you can very easily solo even before max level.
Corrupted Fire Hawk for example.
