Not really, no. Each season is different when it comes to inflation.
2400 is SL S2 is worth less than 2400 in DF S3 for example.
The rank is what actually matters.

I’m in the top 1% of people on the planet at playing WoW (probably, no proof but out of 8 billion people…).

All the casuals who only do quests, open world content or easy PvE content are NOT included here because they don’t have any rating yet, and are therefore not on the ladder yet.
Realistically, I’m probably in the top 1% of all players. Yes, I am that good.
My deep knowledge of the game is probably what allows me to make so many high quality threads and suggestions, so consistently.
My PvP rating places me in the top 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of all living beings in the universe!

But to be clear: I didn’t flag anything. I wouldn’t do that to ol’ Slappy, unless there was really some actual severe breaking of the rules going on, but that doesn’t happen much if ever.
Especially since you seem to have recently experienced the absolute unfairness of the mass report system yourself.
I assume your ban was completely unwarranted, and you got some generic, soulless corporate replies from Blizzard when you tried to appeal the sanction.

Yeah i guess if you really want to u can deem it as trolling. To me its just another «look at me, im so awesome» post. And i have no clue about pvp but seems like a good ranking to me, although i dont quite understand why anyone would brag abt their feats in the game. Anything can be flagged as trolling these days it seems.

Oh thanks for the warning, but the rest of us know it’s a fact. 
No not completely unwarranted, but the punishment definitely wasn’t in any way proportionate to the ‘crime’, so to speak. 
And yes: Appeal doesn’t mean anything anymore. It seems Blizzard handles that stuff through automation purely now.

An odd statement for someone who used to call everything subjective.
They might as well remove the “option” to appeal if that’s how they’re going to handle things. It’s pathetic honestly.
One underpaid intern could handle this task and provide a half-decent experience to customers.
Anything difficult to achieve is worth bragging about.

You can take your pick of those last two things what your opinion on Legion qualifies as.
I just frown on bragging in general. I find it unbecoming.
EDIT: But I know what kind of world we live in. To many people bragging is admirable. Just look at social media: It’s absolutely full of it.
