I would like to do the Dragon Isle one, but I’m unable to pick it up. Also when I click on the NPC, sometimes it registers it like II clicked twice and it tries to pick up the middle one (Zaralek caverns). Does anyone experienced something like this, or the issue is on my end?

I had the same issue. When i first talked to the NPC it showed all three options as a choice, i picked the third one, but it just closed and game lagged.
Spoke to NPC multiple times after that and i didnt get to choose, the choice came up for a split second then auto closed with the quest for Caverns (second option) popping up, even though i hadn’t selected it.

I am having the same issue. It automatically picks one quest. I do not have a choice of the the 3.
