I wish they got their glowing eyes back. made the elves unique. Maybe not the glowing balls infront of their eyes. Maybe if the glowing Light came from within the eyes. The Draenai also had glowing eyes. I don’t know, I just miss them having glowing eyes, maybe the only way was the glowing balls infront of the eyes. Maybe Blizzard could let us have the option to use the glowing balls infront of the eyes. Like a checkbox like void elves have for choosing tentacle hair or not. Or Nightborne to choose glowing hands or not. Or have same color that circle around the eyes of the same color you chosen so gives of the illusion of glowing eyes.

Elf eyes do glow still. They just don’t have a glowing orb in front of the eyes. Instead the eyes actually have light emitting textures. So even in the dark you can see them actually glow, as opposed to previous version that didn’t actually glow. The screenshot you show from Night Elf was WIP, Yellow eyes look more glowy now.

They also do have glow outline textures in the files to be painted around the eyes, but they were never used.

Also now since some of the Worgen and Mag’har eyes also glow.

If they glowed when “not” in the Dark but they don’t. They are just dull/dim when not in dark.

Maybe they should have, it would have given the Illusion of glowing. The Male void elf have purple around the eyes on the void elf skins. But it gives off wrong eye color if you choose blue eye color. The female void elf does not have the purple around the eyes so it looks better for them. The male void elves did not have this until Shadowlands. I have asked for this to be removed for male void elves but Blizz never did.

Same for them. the eyes look dull/dim when not in the dark.

All im saying they fix so it glows in the light as well. But if the only way for that is that the ball/orb infront of the eyes to come back. Well…the alternative is to put glow around the eyes I quess.
