Just sitting here waiting for a heroic raid of competent people… chances are fine thing at the moment! Anyway, imagine if our characters had a hunger and thirst meter, which we had to keep topped up. If it went below 50% you’d get a reduction in something (dmg/haste etc).
Hey Blizzard get it added, may finally make those food merchants a bit useful instead of standing there collecting dust!

Nooooooooooooooooooo. Definitely not.
No way. I don’t want this to be a survival game. I hate that.

Yes you do, you just don’t know it yet!
Fun idea, but I don’t think that would fit this game. There are already enough systems and annoyances slowing us down, scaling us down and so on. Let’s not add to that^^
Edit: This would be fun for their next side-project like Remix. A survival type of game mode with unique rewards and stuff to keep for when it’s over.

I would quit.
It’s as simple as that.

Not allowed, quitting is illegal.
I would hate that, but a simple flavour debuff, if your character hasn’t eaten anything for a certain amount of hours could be funny
Your character starts to emit sounds of your stomach grumbling!

Lol, I have enough trouble keeping myself fed and hydrated!
See, your character would remind you

I think they should add a parking meter mechanic, where you would need to insert coins in your PC case if you idle in 1 place for too long, otherwise your dragon mount gets pulled from under you and gets put on a depot.

Wheel clamp as a forced mount equipment until you pay up!

We already do have hunger and thirst meters. If you are not at full hp you are hungry, if you are not at full mana you are thirsty. And if you do not have a food buff you are both.
No thanks… hate survival games.
Maybe this will change your mind!
