A friend asked me on messenger if you become immortal on the timeless isle because time doesn’t flow there.
Well, I actually have no idea.
Anyone got any insight on this one?
It seems so (immortal in the sense you don’t age because time is frozen, not that you can’t be physically killed) but it’s also very risky to stay there because that Isle can disappear from the temporal flux at any moment. So basically until you stay on Timeless Isle you are immortal, but if you stay on it for too long, you risk to be erased from existence if the Isle suddenly changes timeline and if events change so much that you personal existence is changed as well (for example, like in the “Back to the future” movie, if you enter in a timeline where your parents did not meet or did not conceive you), you can be erased from existence on the spot.
So, yeah. On Timeless Isle you are immortal because you can’t age. But the Isle can also move in another timeline at any moment which means you can also suddenly change or even completely disappear from reality as well.
