I never said anything is or isnt wrong with that, but i think we all know theres gonna be a lot of complaining going on.
invite some unholy to the meta. can one shot heal them with a death coil.
Sanguine is simply anti melee and anti fun. Volcanic is incredibly unfun.
None of this is rocket science. People do m+ inspite of affixes not because of them.
The game is in desperate need of balance, just look at the bias in high keys for so few specs…and this is not new its been years and bliz does FA.
I just hope they remove ALL affixes for next season or at least next addon. None of them are fun and dungeons are getting dodge, cick & dispell heavy already without them; switching dungeons each season is annoying / change enough.
all mythic + content is a grouped content, not a solo content. if anyone in the group can do those mechanics it’s a plus, ignoring these mechanics will result wipes much more likely. no point to be greedy and say: sorry but i iose dps doing a mechanic. well that happens. it’s just better to focus these affixes as a group.
I don’t mind affixes in general, just tyrannical because it’s so unfun.
You spend half of the timer or more fighting bosses. Feels like a harder version of a raid, on top of that a timer bomb ticking down quickly for depletion.
Edit: I don’t mind bosses having more damage done but not more HP or instead of 40% doing a 25% it’s fair.
Just a note. Tyrannical gives 30% more hp instead of 40 like before. So…close to your offered compromise? 
Ah yeah they nerfed it in SL season 3 if I remember correctly… I wasn’t sure if I dreamed it or not, it was a bad expansion…

Or was it in S2? I remember the first dung I did after the nerf was Mists so definitely not S4.
can dispel with imp(destruction/affliction)? but it doesnt dispel ALL the debuffs which is stupid
It can only dispell magic, which is the only type afflicted does not accept. So a warlock can not help with afflicted.

The whole affix design has been awful since SL. Annoying stuff like Storming and Spiteful (especially for Melees), or these DF adds that need to be CC’ed or dispelled. This isn’t fun anymore.
