Then we get Soul Swap back and Soul Burn.
With Soul Burn Impacted Affliction effects all enemies around the target(5yards) maximum 5 targets. Together 2 Shards.

Thats good too, using soul shards. I would say something like: Impated Affliction. Spreads your current damage over time effects to all enemies within 8 yards of your target. 3 Soul Shards. 40 second CD. Instant

That is Soul Swap. Soul Burn shard cost increased to 2 and the other still 1 so you need 3 at least.

I reckon they should make malific rupture do 30-40% less damage, but give a single target equivalent, kind of like shadowbolt, but something that actually hits hard based off of how many DoTs are on the target. That or make Rapid Contagion baseline at 2 soul shards.

I think they should change MR so it works as a burst like UA in BfA.

How about it being instant instead of all this cast time bullcrap?

Spriests have damnation which is the exact same thing but instant cast, so tired locks being given excess cast times for no reasons, we want more mobility not less.
