Impending Victory needs a massive nerf

U know guys , this is the class fantasy of the warrior, being a mobile bruiser . Since the game is a moba kinda like LoL in terms of combat , u can say arms is like Irelia. So yeah better nerf Irelia

Does the class fantasy of being a big dude with plate armor that is good with weapons also include healing yourself whenever you want? Cause I’m pretty sure in almost every game and fantasy story a Warrior requires a healer and can generally take a lot of damage, but can’t really recover health by himself.

If anything, Warrior fantasy is about going Berserk and losing your own HP to do more damage.

At the very least, this talent should not be accessible to Arms. Fury is all about those cringe self heals, but Arms should die if he isn’t getting healed. End of story.

Just a kind reminder that in Shadowlands you had to choose between having 2 charges or stormbolt or a heal. Not having all 3 + Shockwave LMAO

idk how long you play but arms hat a selfheal back till wod it was named raged regeneration of im correct so the first 4 addons or so it already had a heal and the mop heal was even way more op than what we have now

This is still the same even in WoD + MoP.
You can easily look at it through the talent calculator for those expansions.

Yy i don’t know what they are talking about. Since the specs designed with competitive pvp in mind, arms always had self heals. At Luigion , Bin for azeroth and Systellands arms didnt have self heals .

Because you are an arms warrior. Usually explains most things.

Warriors shouldn’t be able to heal. Bottom line that is all there is to it. Damage mitigation is one thing but they are overloaded and people defending the current state this much is embarassing.
It’s like me defending S1 DH like nono… just line it bro it isn’t even op it’s just stronk

No idea how it feels at low ratings but at high rating Arms does not feel OP at all. Maybe I am just biased though.

You’ll be against multi R1 casters and healers know how to heal. Completely different game

At low rating it’s a hold W simulator where they rarely die and get properly punished for playing like a spag bol behind pillar

and yeah, the current game designe is horrible, in my opinion, some classes are overloaded with their kit, after the cringe pve rework

and about the pacing, i wish we could see a bfa season 1/ sl ssn1/2 again, was kinda fun, and u could kill someone before the healer was oom

In the upper rating it can be more dampening. Lower rating its both low damp + high damp.
But if they wanted to nerf the dmg right now, while having resto druids as they are or even buffing every single healer to NPC resto druids balance everything would get alot more worse. Might be fun for some healers, but it would 100% in every single bracket end up being high dampening which in general do not feel overally great.

I enjoyed PvP when it were more based around plays instead of zugzug. Even if I didnt play overally much just watching streams were alot more enjoyable back then.

Blizz just keeps showing, with everything they do and say, that they have 0 clue on what direction they want the PvP to be in the end.

i mean, the dmg how it is, isnt that great, i checked some classes like, ret,warri,ww monk

u have many talents, which increases your dmg by 6/10/30%, and u can stack it with other mods, which ultimately leads to classes having such a high burst

i rather, nerfing/removing these stacked mods, and buff sustain dmg a bit, also give every class/ especially non hybrid classes, a longer cd on selfheal cd

AND in the world of god, pls do something to these annoying knocks, especially mage one…

Alot of the modifiers got PvP multipliers which mean they do less in PvP.
But the thing is, for the current gameplay, you cannot nerf everyones dmg while buffing every healer. Period. Nerf dmg + balance healers based on the dmg they will deal is fine.
But that will never happen with blizz.

Too many specs got everything while not rly offering anything from shadowlands to DF in return.

Blizz dont know what they want themselves.
They say they want a fast paced gameplay in PvP.
Then they nerfed crit damage for 10.1. Saying it was to reduce the spike/the huge amount some ppl dealt with crits in both PvE and PvP.
Then they buffed every spec to “compensate” for the nerf which resulted in every single spec being stronger than before 10.1.
Then they just kept buffing underperforming dmg dealers → buff healers → buff dmg dealers → buff healers and so on instead of nerfing.
Then they released Aug Evokers with the text close to “We want to see how much Aug Evokers can break until 10.2 release so we beta release it so it ruins the scenes.”
And now, testing a few things in 10.2, it seems to be moving the same way. Of course I can be wrong but, yea. PvE seems to look fine if they delete aug or nerf it to the ground, otherwise it will be the same bs again where you always want one because it makes every single dungeon tons easier.
