I’m unable to download my game and it keeps giving me the error BLZBNTBNA00000006. I’ve tried to scan for errors and it doesn’t work, I’ve tried to install and uninstall WoW and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried installing and uninstalling Battle net but it doesn’t work most of the time and it gives me errors too. I have refreshed my dns, my router, I have restarted the pc , I have done dxdiag and nothing works. I have tried without firewall, without antivirus, everything. The ports are okay and I’m simply unable to make it work.
If someone knows what I could do outside of reinstalling my OS do let me know because that is what I’m starting to consider.
This is a server issue that happens on occasion. Usually this happens late in the afternoon/start of the evening on a day after they release a small bugfix patch. I’m experiencing this issue too and have seen it quite a bit over the past years, the root cause doesn’t seem to get fixed.
It doesn’t seem to affect everybody, but it usually pops up late in the afternoon on a day that a small patch has been launched (mostly just an update in build number, 10.2.6 / 53840 should’ve been installed succesfully for you probably?).
If you’re able to you should try to keep the battle.net app open at all times with automatic updates on.
So basically I have to wait until this is adressed? It has been already four days since I have the error and do not get me wrong I’m thankful of the reply but I legit have gotten 0 help from blizz and has only gotten automated responses that have not been helpful at all.
