So I’ve played the game for at least 10 years + and there are some things that could be improved to the game for a number of reasons. I don’t get to play much only two days a week and I’m about 2k player nowadays if I can find a team on looking for a group which is mega hard. there is also the element of doing your rotation or sequence to have high output. Then there is targeting, where you have to remember the order in which the healer is on the enemy side Why can’t we have this option to place the enemy healer like we can with party frames?
You don’t have this option with party frames either, it’s addons making it possible, by changing the numbers and creating dynamic macros for it.
It’s possible for enemy frames aswell, it’s just that no one has done it yet. If you are good at coding, you can be the first. Otherwise try to get in contact with one of the Gladius/sArena guys, whichever one you are using and ask them nicely to implement it.
The best known “workaround” is to have your macros for the healer handy (first several macros in the tab) and in the lobby quickly update the numbers with the healer’s position: 1, 2 or 3. Can get tedious after a while for sure.
I’d love that feature though. I’d gladly use an addon like that.

is a very serious and regularly updated addon for party frames. Maybe they can do it for arena frames or contribute to sArena/gladius
I think this is the main problem with Wow too much code to mess with allowing people to have an unfair advantage.
Use arena 123 macros and for healer either put him in focus or rewrite a macro with appropriate arena number every match. It’s annoying but that’s how this game is unless you want 3x more keybinds

shift d - fear/sheep/hex/clone arena1
shift a - fear/sheep/hex/clone arena2
shift s - fear/sheep/hex/clone arena3
counterspells/kicks get a main target & focus target keybind
