I am pissed off totally. Before the new patch and until this moment i suffer from my sh*t dps whenever i do raids. People look at their dps meter to see if they are number 7 - 10 in dps or not ( Assuming you are in 25 raid group ) While i look to the 17-18 which is the rank of the worst dps in the group.
I tried to respec to unholy, doing some tests on it alongside frost spec. In the end i found that my frost is better than my unholy. With Obliteration or with BoS the dps is nearly the same.
So… does anybody have any ideas on how to improve my dps?

Last night Mythic King Rasta I was doing 26k dps as unholy and 22k as Frost.
I had hoped Frost would be fixed in 8.2, apparently not.

I wouldn’t base my opinion of one guy’s performance on a single boss. First of all, if you’re getting the same results with Obliteration as with BoS, you’re probably doing something wrong. What’s your average breath time? It’s crucial that you play around the talent properly to maximise your dps.
With 8.2, both frost and unholy have received a significant bump in their dps. They went from ranks 18 and 22 to ranks 11 and 12 overall. You can clearly see that both specs have been given a bump and are now really close overall (kinda small sample size but it still gives insight).

Don’t know what to ask. I want to improve my dps but i don’t know how.
Pre BFA i was just seeing the talents that fits with my rotation and go on with them. Though my dps wasn’t very good compared to the guild mates ( Because ilvl ) but it isn’t the same feeling i feel now. Now whatever i do my dps sucks and i am always one of the worst dps in the raid
Right now i tested my frost dps on “Reanimated Monstrosity” In Our order hall.
According to skada, i did 871.3K ( 14.8K ) in 59sec. Yes i test my dps in one minute and i use everything.
I guess you might asks me to test my dps longer time, so here is the results.
According to skada, i did 2.75M ( 15.3K ) In three minutes. I used everything like i am fighting a raid boss with my guild, and tbh the dps i did in these two tests are good compared to ( 11k ) or even below with raid bosses.

Do you possibly have some logs I can take a look at? Much easier to tell if something is off through that.
I was able to get some stuff off your profile.
First of all, you want to runeforge razorice on main-hand and fallen crusader on off-hand. Your talents are also rather suboptimal. I’d run Cold Heart, Runic Attuneation, Frozen Pulse, Gathering Storm and Breath of Sindragoda.
Your azerite isn’t great either. Try to pick up some treacherous covenant from the raid. Icy citadel is also good.
How much do you sim? You can always aim your character, and then compare that to a 5 min dummy test. If you’re doing much less than your simmed DPS, you’re doing something wrong. Important here is to do a dummy sim, so that BL and stuff isn’t used.
Seeing as Razorice scales off on base weapon damage, it’s better to put it on MH as the hit chance of both weapons are the same.
This is only true if you keep the higher ilvl wep in MH ofc.
Oh yeah, I got that mixed up. It’s not due to the reason you are stating though. Razorice main-hand is useful since it applied razorice in AoE when you use frostscythe. Other than that, it doesn’t matter.
