I wish I was given an option to join fyreaka team and I got quests to burn those Emerald dream areas. But NO you thought it was good idea to make me with team tree huggers and their Tyrande.

Great. Hope you’ll have fun with the other hundreds of hours of content then.

What, you expected to be able to change my mind by saying you won’t play an aspect of an MMO because it plays like an MMO?

Make gilneas great again! Atleast make it an hub. With ah and stuffs.

Optional Skinny and nice looking Orc models would be great. At the moment male Orcs are literally potatoes tbh

Huh NPC AI dungeons finally happening. Took awhile.

Normal dungeons are irrelevant content anyway (no proper rewards) but cool for players who want to avoid m+ toxicity and DPS finally can skip awfull queue times. I think the change was expected as normal dungeons already feel like running with bots more often than not (no one chat and m+ rush mentality).

I’m always baffled by this type of thinking.

It’s like hating on the Star Wars prequels and saying Lucas ‘ruined the original trilogy’.
No he didn’t. The original trilogy is still there and you can enjoy it for what it is.

Same with this… Just because you might not like a new piece of content, doesn’t mean the old piece of content you enjoyed is now suddenly bad.

Like the idea of follower dungeons, would suit me as a very lone player.

That is if it will be reclaimed. Cause if it will and not turn it into a full city, then why bother reclaiming it?

Well at the end of SL’s, the forsaken basically gave Glenn permission to have his city back so shrug

Again, I do hope it becomes a proper player hub.

Me too cause otherwise why bother reclaiming it.

On one hand it would feel more realistic if the zone isn’t ‘transformed’ overnight.
Settling back in after years of wear and tear should require more than just shoving a bunch of new NPCs in buildings and calling it a day, imo.

But… That would require the zone to evolve over time. I think some of the more rabid worgen players (pun intended) aren’t willing to wait even longer?

I wonder if Gilneas is going to become part of the story for War Within and thats why we need to retake it?
Either way it would be very nice to have a flightpath in that area finally!

On the other hand, it’s also undesirable to drag storylines like that out for too long, then it becomes tiresome for everybody concerned.

Exhibit A: The interminable Night elf storyline that finally looks to be coming to fruition.

Sure. I think there’s a good middle-ground there.
They could even have it happen timegated (oh how do I dare say that?!) throughout that patch. That way it won’t be instantly, but it won’t be dragged out either.

Oop, even bet-- I mean worse.

Followers Dungeons: YES! YES! YES!

I was hoping for this feature since many many many years now but since I’m aware this is an MMORPG after all, I didn’t even dare to openly express my desire for it.

Now you have done it! And I’m super happy.

I know it’s just for normal dungeons, but I hope you are looking at this also as a test bed and to see if players will like this feature. So I hope that, if this turn out to be popular, you would consider the possibility to make it available for heroic and mythic (+0) dungeons too, in the future.

At the moment the experience of playing a normal, heroic (or even mythic) dungeon is ruined by overgeared players that are there not to have fun, but just to farm their daily emissary, weekly or whatever. When you play those dungeons with those player you are IRRELEVANT. You can just be there doing nothing and the dungeon will be completed anyway. Being irrelevant it’s not what I consider fun. I hate boosting. I often put a max (MAX) ilvl of gear when looking for a group in LFG (but it’s a boring thing to do since people don’t read, and the LFG let you set a MIN ilvl but not a MAX ilvl).

Finally, I also have one suggestion: it would be super cool if in the future those NPCs could be your own alts, with their gear! It would make gearing alts even more fun this way!

Note: not a english speaking player, so forgive my english.
