Hello, the in game Support menu will not load for me - there’s just a spinning circle in the middle, no matter how long I leave it. I am wondering if this is related to me living in the US but playing on EU servers. There was a problem with the connection from US to EU a few months ago and that’s when I first noticed this issue. I am able to access the Support menu no problem on my US account.

Happens to me as well - living in EU and playing EU. So the US thing is probably not related in any case.

Customer Support is not loading for me either.

Rather unfortunate as I was wanting to report a bug- namely scaling with a party member being one-shot multiple times in a Timewalking dungeon.
Devs are probably pretty happy they’re not getting any reports lately, but it’s something else entirely when the bug report itself is bugged. 
To add- before a blue-post suggests it; because y’know they will.
Yes, I’ve reloaded- logged out and in, restarted the game, tried a different character, disabled all addons, cleared my cache and performed a full UI reload/reset.
Yeah, I discovered it trying to report a bug too! Hope someone’s able to investigate - still not working on my EU account.
