In Game shop not working

Hi,

I wanted to buy a token in the in-game shop but when i select the WOW token it redirects me to the window where i would have to fill in my payment info and stuff.

This window just stays black and closes automatically after a couple of seconds.

Any way to fix this problem?

Have you tried to just buy a token on the website / the B-Net client itself already?
Also you might want to open a Ticket

Uh hello, EXACTLY the same thing happened to me, I contacted support, they asked me to find some documents in files and post them, then we proceeded to the same process and deleting twitch app together with addons and renaming some stuff in wow to OLDInterface, OLDthis and OLDthat. Then I completely dissmised all software things and also disabling Firewall + deleting Razer Synapse, LITERALLY nothing worked and I really need a solution for this.’

I contacted support for the second time, and he told me to run Wow as Administrator (which I did before), they told me to wait, I had this black window screen for like 4 minutes and after that BAM it worked out so patience is a key here lol
