Hello!
I came back to WoW after a long brake (I stopped on Mists of Pandaria), anyway, I bought Battle for Azeroth and game time.
I want to retrive my old characters, to do so, as far as I know I need to open in-game shop. Here is the problem.
Once I open the shop, loading screen shows up and that’s all.
The shop does not load at all.
For past few hours I tried to solve the problem, but I give up…
I turned off BitDefender, deleted an old Curse client, restarted UI,… Don’t know what else I need to do.

For the ingame shop troubles:
https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000135100 you said you’ve “restarted UI” but I wonder if you’ve moved the entire Cache/Interface/WTF folders out at step 6? It could be outdated addons that are hampering the shop, simply disabling them doesn’t prevent them from causing potential issues.
I did not delete my characters. I do not know why but they simply disappeared. I think it is caused by my long absence.
When I want to undelete them, it says “no characters were deleted” (or something similar).
And Yes, I changed the names of the mentioned folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld and WTFOld --> it did not help.
Are you sure you’re logging into the right account/realm? Most players often make that mistake.

I play on two realms.
Besides, my other characters (below 10 lvl) I created in the past are available.
If you’ve logged on those realms as well, please contact Support to figure out where the missing characters are.

Mention as many details as possible, name and realm are most useful.
While Blizzard reserves the right to delete characters, I’ve seen players come back from many years back and they were just where they left them, so I sincerely doubt that they’ve been deleted by Blizzard.

Hi guys, i’m having the same problem, i cant open my in-game store. In all my characters the store stays in the loading, please wait screen
I’have done a reboot, i reseted and changed the name folders of the UI.
Any tips???
