Hello
I have recently got back into WOW after a long absence, I would like to join my friends server and want to do so with my main character.
However when ever I try to click the shop button in game, it just get’s stuck on the loading screen.
I have disabled my firewall and reset the cache in the main folders but am still having no luck.

The only thing I can think of is that the ingame store is not allowed in the country you are in.
Have a look at https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000135100 Particularly number 4; if you’ve been away for a while it could well be out of date add-ons causing the problem. (Obviously try the other suggestions as well if that doesn’t solve it.
To be honest, I’ve not heard of the store not being allowed in some countries.

This is likely due to the game time payment on the account still being queued, as game time is required to use the shop. While an account may have game time from a queued payment, it isn’t counted as active until the payment completes.
