Anybody else has an issue with how support is handling our tickets and how difficult it is to actually speak to a human being about a certain issue.
Also several tickets i ve made were answered with a mail while i was online and the gamemaster or however these ticket handlers are called noawadays dont even bother to whisper you in-game. I guess they just wanna hit you with a copy-pasta and be done with it.
Maybe i am just old fashioned but i am playing this game for almost 2 decades , actually mindblowing thinking about it , and the ticket service is getting worse and worse every year.

Blizzard never contact you ingame anymore as that takes more time than sending an email. They haven’t contacted you ingame for many years.
It does usually take a few goes to get an answer to any question or problem you might have, I think AI answers the first ticket, and usually gets it wrong.

Hey Deadpøøl,
Reading your tickets, and the two answers that you have received, I can see that the responses seem to be correct and answered your report according to our policies.
Please note that it’s not because you received a written answer (whether or not it is a copy/paste or a template) that the response is incorrect, or that nobody read your ticket. I know that a live conversation is generally more friendly, however there are a lot of players that need help.
You are of course always welcome to fill in the survey that you receive after a ticket to share your feedback on this kind of thing.

I have been playing the game for +10 years now and I also cannot get my connection problem solved!!!
