Coming back after years to WoW recently, I’m trying to find a guild which would be fitting for the, huh, silly idea that I want to play as a character. To keep it brief it’s a sort of intelligent (but still fairly savage) moonkin for specific, funny, reasons, that still manages to make sense lorewise. From this character, so a zandalari troll but consider that in rp, I will play a moonkin, not a troll at all.
For things to work, the character is deliberatly made to be on the same level as goblins, for example, in the idea that I intend to write serious stuff with him involved, but still, many things about him will be made in order to be funny. And he will be a bit chaotic personality-wise, but as a 15 years GM myself, be sure that it will never be in a way to disturb RP going on or to be a threat to other characters, or their own stories.
Also because it is a character using moonkin form, not tmog are possible for him, so I cannot do uniforms and such.
Is any kind of guild adapted/interested? Is there suggestions by the community here?
Hey! I like your concept a lot, and I think they could fit into my guild the Jackdaws. We have serious themes that happen, but also a lot of chaos and funny bits. I’m a firm believer that a comedic relief character can and should have the capacity to bring serious and genuine impact to a story, while also being able to be fun. We’re open to exotic concepts such as Moonkin, it just depends on how well your character bonds with the guild ICly while you play them, and what drives them to want to be part of our group.
