Eh cant happen sadly enough, it would break all forms of serious pvp/pve with it being active talent node unlike it taking your legendary slot in current SL.

Such as bounding stride and double time already getting pvp nerfs for both of them

It doesn’t have to. Make each new leap charge one talent point, which would mean you’re sacrificing something else to leap more.

In WoD MM Hunters could move while using Aimedshot if you had the last raid 4 piece set.

They never brought it back.
