In Tyr's Footsteps: The Waking Shores (3rd Spark of Ingenuity quest) is NOT available

Hello all,

Quest “In Tyr’s Footstep” chapter 3 (Waking Shores) is not available to some characters.
My main character cannot pick up the quest from Maiden of Inspiration (although finishing the previous two quests) while with my alt I could have easily walk up to the Maiden and accept the quest.

I tried reloading game, relogging, teleporting to Orgrimmar.

This is slowing gear progression on our characters and has to be fixed immediately.

FYI Average wait time for in-game ticket is over 9 days. Blizzard really needs to hire more support agents.

Alright solved: In case you are not seeing the quest for 3rd Spark, you probably did not finishi the quest Well Earned Victory which is basically Maiden creating portal for your back to Valdrakken. So you need to travel back to Ohn’aran Plains to 66.2, 55.4. and pick the quest from Maiden.

I guess I flew back to Valdrakken faster than Maiden has finished some RP.
