Cataclysm had the best:

  • Marksmanship
  • Subtlety
  • Affliction

MoP had the best:

  • Fire
  • Feral

WoD:

  • Mistweaver & Windwalker
  • Fury

Legion:

  • Survival
  • Elemental

BFA:

  • ???

Cata was hard for me to pick :stuck_out_tongue:
I played my Mage but preferred all the specs at later points. Feral was my main alt.

WOTLK:
I don’t have any, I came late into that expansion, so used the remaining time to try every class and spec.

Cata:

  • Elemental Shaman, it was my favorite to play PvP with
  • Balance druid, it was very versatile and was very good as a healer too.

MoP:
Stopped playing here

WoD:
Didn’t play

Legion:
Started playing again halfway through the expansion…
I hated every class and spec, the changes was so massive and I had to relearn everything like I was a new player :frowning_face:

BFA:

  • Enhancement Shaman
  • Demolition Warlock
  • Balance Druid

I honestly enjoyed Shadow during WoD. A lot of people say MoP, but I took a break from WoW during that expansion :frowning:

I’m looking forward to Shadow in Shadowlands though due to its rework from its Legion/BfA iterations!

The super OP Marksman hunter with the rediclus 2 mill brust

WoD:
Affro warlock

Legion:
Sub Rogue with there 100% cirt legendery and 570% damage increse legenderys in 7.2.0-7.3.0 (totaly of 1270% damage increase + a 100% cirt chance )

BFA:
Warlock
Marksman with 124 yards sniper shots
Demonhunter

Shadowlands:
Sub rogue
Marksman

Wtf?
Have you discovered the spec in BFA to claim that its best iteration was in BFA?
The GCD on soothing mist feels awful, and the amount of tools that were lost brings a tear to my eye.
Mistweaver has been the spec I’ve played the most. It’s the one I achieved 2400 rating with. But it’s only a shell of its former self, and you can’t reasonably say that it was its best in BFA.

I enjoyed Shadow Priest as a noob, PvP beginner in Cataclysm.
I’d spam 3 mind spikes, then an instant mind blast. Rince & repeat. It was actually really stupid and I loved it.

I heard of wow durinh BC but never played, although Mage sounded fun.

WOTLK: I only played for a few days, DK was cool.

Cata: mage was so hard to play. I died the most on my mage.

Druid was very fun!

MOP:

Elemental Shaman and Arms Warrior

Legion: ?

BFA: All the healing spells, but not Dis

I played it in Legion too. I honestly don’t mind the GCD’s, i found the Legion variant to be a little more boring, and its earlier versions too complex so i was too afraid to try.

Each to their own of course.

My favourites were WoD Destro Lock and Gladiator Warrior, Legion MM Hunter and Prot Paladin. Memory doesn’t work so well about anything further.

Edit: I would say I like the design of most specs/classes in MoP and WotLK the most. But I am a bit too lazy to List every single spec/class :slight_smile:

Holy priest: Wotlk
Paladin, all specs: Wotlk
Rogue: Cata
Feral druid(tank): TBC
Mage, arcane or ffb: Wotlk
