I would use the report option on their message.

Blizzard support seem to suggest that is the best route too:

I did that years ago. They had a variant of the four letter r word and nothing was done with it. I kept an eye on them for weeks and they stopped playing. Blizzard dont actually care.

Really… That is the reason you want to report someone… Cannot quite comprehend why one would go through all the trouble to report someone for that. You would have to have a minimum zest for life, if you worry about stuff like that.
