Incandescent Essence needs tooltip hotfix

The tooltip for Incandescent Essence states:

" Incandescent Essence
Item Level 489
Binds when picked up
Unique

Use: Permanently imbue a helm with the fiery dreams of your vanquished foes. This effect changes based on your specialization. This item is not consumed on use.
Requires Level 70"

However it does not state “cannot be used on items above x ilvl” and it clearly has an upper limit as it cannot be used on War Within helms.

It is hardly a surprise, but a fair point to raise and it is always nice to have it on display on the item.

Fair points but you need to make them to Blizzard, and not the forums.

Nope.

In EU regions, bugs and feedback need to be sent from within the game via the Bug/Feedback reporting tool under the Support menu.

There are no developers who read the EU forums, and the Blues are not GM’s, they are Community Managers. They can offer work arounds for known issues, or confirm if an issue is known about, but they are apparently not permitted to forward bugs or feedback to the developers in the US.
