So I queued on my warlock today and had 30 min queue time. In a match, I won the first round and then the enemy healer left, which resulted in match ending as a draw and rewarding 0 rating change.
However, same situation happened that very same day where I lost the first round, after which an enemy player left. Despite the match being far from over, I received -7 points loss.
Where is the logic in this, and can someone explain to me why these two same situations resulted in completely different rating outcomes?
The logic is that they reward the outcome of 6 rounds bundle and base it on the assumption that no one ever leaves or starts playing worse or get salty after losing 2-3 rounds row, and their assumption is false. The 6 round shuffling design is failure as an idea since the beginning. People play against someone that wins and next come spam some emojis in their team and celebrate his happiness to people who are everything else than happy. And people report each other for chat for the pettyest and smallest of things.
