Hi, I noticed that inspiration tooltip said you have X% chance to get 70 more skill. The skill shown was something like 296, the recipe difficulty was 370.
I was certain that means if I proc, I will not be able to reach highest tier of the item. I was crafting thinking I will for sure get 415 (on what I agreed with my customer) as 296 already was tier 4, 296+70 < 370 so it would be regardless on tier 4 - 415 ilvl. However the proc did happen and to my surprise the item got crafted on 418 ilvl.
How is that possible?? Would that have to do anything with a fact it was my first craft?
This is super confusing. I thought I understood the system by now, but things like that still happen and I have no idea what is going on ;).
