First off i would like to say SOD has been a blast and mages are performing really well in PVE and PVP as fire.
The latest buff on frostfirebolt and spellfrostbol was needed as these spell where not played (still, it would be nice if they could benefit from range talents, just saying).
Still frostmage in PVP feels bad because it’s hard to cast in that bursty SOD gameplay.
I feel like the solution to bring back frostmages in PVP is just to increase the amount of damage absorbed by Ice Barrier (maybe * 2.5 or 3).
For a final talent point of a tree it is ridiculous atm.

Mages are just destrying the meters, what do you want realy? you want the best dps, the best AOE cleave and the best absorb? come on now.
Well it’s true as Fire in PVE but like many players i don’t really care about PVE i mean it’s easy and boring AF.
But in PVP yeah sure u can play fire, it’s insanely bursty and very fun, but the king of PVP spec for mages as always been frost and it’s lacking in SOD
Hoping frost will come online at 60, but feels like the biggest downside of it in SOD is too many freedoms handed out to classes making playing frost a bit eh.
The biggest downside to Sod is having guys like this with the best pve specc , healer while pulling 20 mobs aoe farming and earning 10-20 k coins every STV event asking for buffs.

No but how do you manage to Ask for buffs on A class that is best on almost everything 
You think frost is best at everything at the game? I play hunter btw you ape - and even I think frost mages need something - they are forced to run the iceblock living flame bs atm - what game are you even playing - sure aint SOD

Frost mages was a good matchup for hunters in Vanilla, now they have to play healing + living flame with iceblock - its the most dumb gameplay.
Btw Mages arent the best farmers atm, guess who that is son.
Most classes don’t have one spec viable in Pvp ?
I don’t know let’s see
- BM for hunters (like ice barrier absorb 1 hit from a pet or 1 autoshot nice)
- SP and disc for priests ( 2 dots and it’s 3.5k HP if the guy is geared not to mention spikes and SWD)
- Boomies still very good
- Rogue is broken
- Shamans, well every spec but healing is insane (freedom totem and kinda oneshot burst in enha and ele)
- War is lame ok
- Paladins are busted in PvP but lacking in PVE true (that 400 exorcism with almost no cd/bubble/lay on hand/pursuit of justice LMAO)
- Firemage is bursty as hell but u have a nice manashield that absorbs nothing and suck ur mana like crazy. Arcanemage in pvp is a joke that leaves frost that could be a sustainable tree but as i said ice barrier need a little love
Where are rogues broken? Ganking lowbys or people in world pvp while they have 1-2 mobs on em. In bgs rogues with warriors Are the worst classes by far.
Yeah couse of ulda farm u think hunters are better? Everything A hunter can do inside an instance A mage can do it better and faster everywhere. Why are there mage boosters on every server. Dont see any hunters for A reason.
Point here is mage is nr 1 pve in pvp 1on1 pretty good and in STV I dont Even wanna mention it.

Yeah , rogues and warriors are the worst classes in bgs. Hands down

Hardly the case. Rogues are good for being able to ninjacap and stall. Great for defending as well for the same reasons. Rogues are the mages of melee. Great CC, good damage, and can 1v1 all classes more reliably than others. Rogues just aren’t easy to play in a teamfight, as its all about picking the correct target and jumping on him at the correct moment so you don’t get insta focused down and deleted. I’ve had many BGs won because of a single good MVP rogue
HAHAHAH I cant take you seriously dude, your playing a different game than me.
A good rogue is often the one that makes the deciding impact in group fights, a good rogue can keep two targets out of the equation - you woudnt know anything about that though.
