Increase Mount drop chance to 100% for expansions over 5 years

That’s because you lack the ability to think, me being around for long means I have experience, I can’t believe I have to explain that to you like you’re a child.

Just picky for numbers thats all.

I think and sorry to say its you that does not understand.

I surely do, I’ve been running Dragon Soul for years for Blazing Drake.
I have every other mount from a dungeon or raid up to the end of Cata (except Blazing Drake and 2 from Firelands). I have Invincible, Ashes, Raven Lord, Deathcharger from Strath et al.
But still having a little bad luck protection wouldn’t go amiss. Each kill adding a little (0.1% or 0.5% would be good enough). Or if you’ve done it 100 times then an assured drop.

And I’ve been around since Vanilla, though not sure what that has to do with anything…

What don’t I understand?
Simple logic?
Running a raid 1500 times for 10 years is not healthy.
How is that so hard to grasp…?

You clearly have 0 intelligence, and my accomplishments in life tell me that I very much do have the ability to think. Your being around means nothing - you’re a gimp with an extremely immature way of looking at things.

i done it for 3 mounts and the feeling i got when they dropped was amazing , it is obvious you are not built in the mindset for collecting.

Probably healther than M+.

Rushing through content for the 50th time to beat an arbitary timer which has nothing to do with lore or the bosses or anything else.

I can put on a podcast and chill out whilst I stroll through DS. Alt tabbing to forums during the tedious RP sections (which weren’t made less annoying with the recent changes unfortunately).

Of course I’m not built for collecting, I refuse to spend countless of hours of my time to farm an old item that I’m never gonna use.

I agree, but 3 M+ dungeons a day there’s no problem with that.
Same with running a raid two times a week for an old item.
The problem is that some players take it to the extreme and farm an old raid 10 times a week or play 10 mythic dungeons a day.

Your accomplishment would be to act as a mature-adult person . (Achiev in progress----still loading )

Same can be said about you and many of us, you are far far from pure on the forums, infact you are one of the most toxic around.

No, my accomplishments are my own and I’m pretty happy with how I’ve done. Being able to think allowed me to do that. You also appear to be a bit of a gimp, so there’s that… but then, you’re probably a low-achieving basement dweller so what would you know.

I have an even better idea: Extend the use of those Quantum thingies from Defenders of the Infinite dungeon. Implement a whole series of them:

  • Quantum Helm: Unlocks a helmet appearance that you haven’t unlocked yet
  • Quantum Shoulders: Same but for shoulders.
  • …etc for all equipment slots
  • Quantum Mount
  • Quantum Pet
  • Quantum recipe/pattern
  • …etc for all things collectible

And then allow those Quantum items to drop either rarely from random activities, or purchaseable with a weekly/monthly limit (possibly from the Darkmoon Faire?) with gold

That way you will still not be guaranteed that you will get the one you want, but you will always be getting closer and closer without even replacing grinding old instances.

Really??? What have they done? I’ve never got beyond the hiding in holes on its back thing as I always get catapaulted off so I’ve never even fought the boss for it.

You now only need 1 slime to make the big adds go Supernova to blow off the Plates. The entire encounter takes like 1 minute now.

Thank you so much for that. I shall investigate

Please Blizzard do this I haven’t gotten much mount over the years and I would like to catch others in terms of wow mounts. Thanks for considering.

Only works on Heroic version.

No real need to hide in the lava holes anymore.
Just kill one tentacle. Run back and forth once or twice so youy have the add and an ooze. Kill the ooze let the add go into the puddle and go all fiery. Kill fiery add on the plate and then it blows off the plate, kill the tendon to open up the new area. Rince and Repeat.
Much less frustrating.

100%? No… but I’d be 100% in favour of drop protection for them.

The drop rate could be increased a tiny amount, but never 100%. That would make the fun of having a little old raid grind day far less enjoyable.
