I will be in India when new expansion will be released. Can i play wow when i will be in Asia on European servers ?

It probably will be extrremely laggy for you.And if the servers are alread having issues at launch you might not be able to play at all.
Also be careful the system doesnt think you are some indian hacker who took control of someone european account
I believe if you still have payment source, which is from EU country (Paypal with EU billing address, EU issued credit card, etc), everything will be fine. In my experience of immigrant, the only place where your location is actually nice tracked is payment. All other location problems, if they even exist, easily could be mitigated with VPN.

people do it in tournaments all the time
I always use exitlag when i have a work visit to some country in asia to play the game .apparently the route from asia to europe has hiccups in the path .
