My Infernal Strike suddenly doesn’t have an animation and Fel Devastation doesn’t have one either? What’s up with that?

Can you please fix this? It looks ridiculous.

They added new low graphics settings that dynamiclly disable spell effects maybe thats the problem.
I tested it and it isn’t that.
It seems to be caused by Glyph of Crackling Flames.
